How to claim rFLR and withdraw what has unlocked

Updated 2026-10-27

Short answer: claim your rFLR on My Rewards. It goes into your own rFLR account and unlocks over 12 months. Withdraw only the unlocked part. Pulling everything out early burns half of whatever is still locked, so our tool doesn't offer that option.

What rFLR is

rFLR ("reward FLR") is how some Flare incentive programs pay out. Projects earn rFLR to hand to their users, and you claim it from Flare's official rFLR contract. Claimed rFLR sits in a personal account that only your wallet controls, and unlocks gradually. Once unlocked, it turns into WFLR one for one.

Do this

  1. Open My Rewards, paste your address and press Check my rewards.
  2. In the Rewards tab, look for rFLR rows (one per project). A row with a warning about its project name is skipped on purpose.
  3. Press Claim, connect the wallet that owns the address, check the dry run and confirm in your wallet. Everything claimable is claimed in one go.
  4. Later, an Unlocked rFLR row shows how much has unlocked. Press Withdraw to move that amount into your wallet as WFLR, or as FLR if you choose.

Watch out

  • "Withdraw all" burns half of the locked part. Some tools offer it. The contract allows it, but you lose 50% of everything not yet unlocked. Our tool only withdraws what has unlocked.
  • Claiming rFLR never needs a token approval. A site asking you to approve anything to claim rFLR is a scam.
  • Watch the Expires column like any other Flare reward: see Why Flare rewards expire.
